heres todays meals
meal 1
amped up oatmeal (milk, honey, flaxseed, peanut butter, and banana)
cup of coffee
meal 2
peanut butter and jelly sandwich + extra piece of bread
meal 3
pwo shake
consists of whey, glutamine, maltodextrin, dextrose, creatine, and glutamine
meal 4
white rice
chicken breast
leftover borcolli stuff from thanksgiving
meal 5
beef burger on whole wheat
meal 6
cottage cheese and flaxseed
i'm only at meal 4 right now.. maybe throw in a yogurt if im hungry later. if you are looking for ideas, hit up the nutritional forum.

meal 1
7:30 am
1/2 cup oatmeal mixed with 3/4 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (add cinnamon and splenda or honey to taste)
8 oz light o.j. with pasturized eggwhites blended in it and maybe some flax seed
meal 2
10:00 am
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese and apple or pear
meal 3
12:30pm
lowfat lasagne (made with whole grain noodles, ground turkey, fat free marinara sauce, and nonfat cottage cheese (instead of ricotta). serving of veggie. glass ice water or skim milk.
meal 4
2:30 pm
carrot sticks (sometimes with low or nonfat dip) and some whole grain crackers with natural peanut butter. (measure out serving sizes).
meal 5
5 pm
1 cup lentil soup with a bowl of salad (no iceburg lettuce)
meal 6
8 pm
i cup nonfat yogurt and/or small serving of almonds or walnuts.
If for some reason I get hungry during the day and it's not time for my meals I snack on veggies and a peice or two of nonfat cheese.

If you having difficulty making 5 meals, here are 2 of my nine meals a day....
Biotest protein bar
Whey protein isolate shake, with milk or water, depending on timing and whether I want to slow absorption with micellar cassein protein.
