In no particular order:
1. Back: Including slip discs, strained muscles, etc.
2. Rotary Cuffs: Torn, strained.
3. Knees: Torn connective tissue/cartilage, sprain.
4. Pectorals: Strain/sprain, torn.
5. Herniated muscle: Anywhere on the body, but especially abdominal, groin.
Of course, this doesn't include damage done by dropping weights, such as a smashed foot, dislocated sternum, crushed wind pipe, etc........LOL!

you guys are mocking the crushed windpipe thing, but that just barely happened today at my local gym... this guy was doing decline close-grip presses with 95lbs... he didn't look too strong, and since noone was there to spot him, i decided to go help him out...
i was half way there when i noticed he was struggling with the bar, so i doubled my pace... as i got within 5 feet or so his arms started vibrating violently, so i run and extended my arm and grabbed one end of the bar (i was coming from an angle) right when his arms collapsed... it was like a scene from a movie or something...
so one side of the bar dropped on the floor, hitting this guy's shoulder quite badly... the only reason his windpipe didn't get crushed was probably because i held the other end of the bar high enough that he was able to roll off the bench before taht... heh, i felt like superman saving someone's life...
what pisses me off is that the guy didn't even thank me or anything... he just looked at me for a minute with his eyes about to pop out of his face, then he grabbed 15lbs dumbells and started curling them... the end... heh...

Did you save him with your hands or feet? Aren't you glad he didn't need mouth to mouth.
Pimple, you rule buddy.

Good job pimple...But, if you happen to see a small round like tissue thing rolling around on the floor, don't pick it up! He lifted way to much....
