Well, I now have 5 weeks to go. I am not exactly where I want to be but it is my first one and it will definitely a learning experience. Any advice out there?

I, like most everyone, want results. What I'm doing with my program is keeping records of my reps and the weight used. Then, after each week, I look at the weight used for each exercise and add more for the following week. I hope this helped. Mical

Sly, what’s your diet like. I have a friend who has been eating tuna, sweet potatoes, and veggies. No taste and hard to choke down. He is looking great with muscle striations showing through the skin for comp. in 2 weeks.

Be yourself; you might be nervous at the start but will do fine. Pump it up!!
