Ok...well I am extremly new to this so please bear with me. I am 5'6" and weigh 200lbs. I dont look it at all because I am well endowed on the bottom and on top, thus this gives me good proportions and allows me to just slip by with the illusion of not being fat. Doesn't matter though because I know I am and I have gained 50lbs in the past 3 years, while most of it was in the last year. Well I am starting to have soreness of the joints and back problems. I have already gone to my doc. to get checked up and sort of give me a reality check about my wieght. Now I have to lose 10-15lbs. in about 5 weeks. HELP! Is there anyway of doing it? I am going to begin workin out on Monday at 6AM with 45 minutes of cardio at my target heart range and keeping my calorie intake to 1200 or below but no less than 1000. What I want to know is if anyone out there thinks its possible for me to lose the weight and if they have pointers. I am super concerned with my thiegh area and love handles. I know you cant spot train so I have no hope for that until later down the road. Thankfully thoough when I have lost weight, things dont sag so I am not too worried about major toning as I already have strong arms and legs. My metabolism is normal and when i lose 5 lbs you can notice it immediatly so any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.
