can anyone here, please, give me an example of a good mass building 5000 calorie diet? Any and all help appreciated!!!

Eat lots of pasta, meat , fish , some fruit (great for breakfast), breads , more pasta , and any thing that tastes good, thats what I did, got good gains in mass, I admit I ate lots of not so good foods but it worked ,I don't know the calories or fat content but 45 lbs in 3mths is OK gains.

I don't know that I can afford to pay for that many calories!! Lots of beans and pasta, rice, etc.

WOW! 5000 calories. Do you read the labels on the things you buy? I think coolness and titanoz are right. I just can't phathom 5000 calories myself. What about ice cream in your protein shakes? That is what I have my son do.
