I was wondering if anyone could give me diet suggestions. I've lost 50lbs over the last 6 months from hard work and healthy eating, I have another 30 to go and I'm not sure how I break this plateau. I've started a weight regime but Im worried that I'm in eating enough. A friend said I should have 1.5g of protien for every lb but that's insane. Help
I think it's 1.5g of protien for every pound when you are tryiong to bulk up. If you are lookign at losing weight, I'd stick with less than 100g of carbs per day (less than 50g if you want ketosis) and look up a calorie calculator. It'll be based on your gender, height, age, current weight, and your goal weight.
