ok so I use to workout and was in fairly good shape then I moved away for college and now im back at stage one, so I need some help, I am looking to put some size back on but not putting on to much fat on with it so im gonna do a clean bulk. I was wondering about how much fat, calories, and carbs I should be taking in to get started again. Thanks
