I am actually into my fourth week of my mass routine and begain to do some major subsitions for ceratin movements. But now I see my fifth week has so many different exercises, this change has come just in time. FT really has its act together. When you become bored or burnt out by doing certain exercises is it ok to spice it up some? thanks

I see people say that they change their programs, but the site itself says not to skip any of the exercises.

You can substitute some exercises...but make sure you are substituting them correctly (i.e. compound for compound, isolation for isolation). I try not to do this too much since the program is geared for max mass gains.

Thanks for all that info. here is an example of a substitute for me. instead of squats i will do hack squats or split up my sets to 2 squats, 2 hack squats, plus a warm up set. Sorry if this post of mine seems like a repeat to others prior BQ
