I am in the military and will be getting deployed for 6 months. Every time i deploy i work out but dont stick with it when i get back. This time i plan on sticking with it. Any advice on a routine for 6 months? I'm trying to gain mass and i know i will have to take in alot of calories which wont be a problem. the problem for me is getting a routine that works for me.
I don't know where you are deploying to but I have only seen a couple of places in the middle east that didn't have fairly decent workout facilities but even they had enough to do the basics.
