1) i've been told as pct with 6-oxo that because the body increases estrogen production in the first 20 minutes of sleep that your dose could be just once a day before bed!! Is this sense or laziness- would 2 or 3 regular doses be better through a day or is that a big no?
2)anybody know this- 1-ad assists testosterone production for just 2 hours each dose. however 19nor andro boosts test less so but for six hours. True or false?
feedback of any sort,be it conjecture or opinion is very useful in making calculated decisions. thank you guys.

It is true before bed is the optimal time for 6xo, for precisely the reason you mentioned. An optimal way to take 6 oxo is divided doses, or 2 in the morning and 4 at night.

brilliant. i knew there would be an answer from you. Great I can workout exactly what I'm gonna do now end of next week.

I'm sure half the battle is in the mind and motivation and 49% in training and food= 1% in the belief in a pill or product that probably does nothing much. But I tell you, I'm really hungry and will end up eating a horse! I crave for rubbish I don't eat anymore! I also blame the pill for that!!! Anyway 3 weeks tomoz and I'm gaining strength in training, due to creatine and water I'm 8lbs heavier and waist line... oh dear!!! Anyway, currently I am a believer in my abilities! thanks eh.
