It's probably between 9-12%...maybe even 10-14%...it depends on where you store most of your fat...

one thing I know... 9-12 % body fat is not really healty for women. Your periods might stop and you might have problems with osteoporosis. It might lead to stress fractures etc. This is major problem for elite women athletes.
I know 6 packs are attractive and today's body image forces women to wish for a 6 pack. however, I suggest training to be healthy not for a specific body image.
again, it is your body, however I wanted to inform you before you want to drop your body fat too low.

gbaser got it correct...once you dip below 18%, you may start to experience problems, especially if you go below 14%....women in particular need more bf to function properly...so as much as you may want a '6 pack' you may just want to be happy with a flat midsection but not a 6pack per se......
however if you really are set in your goals....you may want to start taking multivitamin, and calcium, magnmensium and zinc supplements......or consider taking in moderate amount of caloric intake from dairy products....on avg u need 1000mg of calcium a day......calcium has been shown to decrease appetite, so it may do 2 things at once, help you lose weight and maintain strong bones...
