Does what work?

All comes down to diet. Any ab "gimmik" will work, whether a legit apparatus in a gym, or a television ad option, if you have the correct accompanying diet. This is what all of these leave out of the equation when selling things to you.

7 is the key number here. There's no 6 second abs.

I have always been skeptical about those infomercials that "guarantee" you to either lose weight or get 6-pack abs in 2 weeks. To the novice, it may seem like it's an easy way out. But if you search the Better Business Bureau for complaints about a certain marketing company, you'll be amazed!

Hi, I am doing the 12 week ab program. For the first 4 weeks they have me doing the same things. Crunches, seated twists and some kind of leg raise and lower thing. Does anyone know if this program will get more of a variety in the later weeks?
