DON'T GIVE UP! You have two months to go, so make the most of it. Closely monitor your diet, and find a way to get active EVERY day. When in the gym, focus on compound movements and a higher rep range. On the in between days, try HIIT training, and really mix the cardio types up. You have come too far to just quit now!
Sadly disappointed as I realised today I have 65 days to go to lose those dam 10KG's (10 gone 10 to go) still left on the worst parts....thighs, face and tummy. Well here goes nothing 64 days of exercise days left and nothing to lose but weight. Motivation is very down as I haven't exercised for 3 months and I was doing so well :-( But I have had 4 deaths in the family since Feb and July so at least I still want to exercise. That is my starting point today....Turtle steps :-)
