Bottom line....if you are exceeding your needed calorie intake. I am taking it this is your before bed meal? Beef is normally pretty calorie dense, and 8 oz is around 480 calories. If your body needs it, then go for it. If not, then be sensible.

Yeah it is needed for my calorie intake, but I was just making sure. I have heard that cottage cheese is a good before bed meal, and was just seeing how flank steak would rate compared to that. Thanks
