I read that it is good for fat loss and have recently started taking it. (in conjunction with proper diet and exercise of course). Has any one out there had luck with it that wouldn't mind sharing or any recommendations on better (and not very expensive) products? Or is there something I should take with the 7-keto to boost it's fat burning properties. I'm also taking L-tyrosine and drinking 4-5 cups of green tea per day. What do you guys think about relacore or cortaslim? Do they work?

I have and lost 7lb in 6 weeks of eating same food pretty much....in same amounts...

I like 200mg caffeine and 81mg aspirin combo...before workouts...it helps boost and maintain a higher metabolism and alertness...

Fish Oil supplement would be great awesome to prevent muscle breakdown...it's been shown very effective at preventing muscle breakdown....5g daily....
