Hi everyone.
Has anyone ever heard of a product called '7-KETO'. I've read good reviews from the products manufacturers as you'd expect but for the money they want for it is it actually any good? Pretty much all im after is has anyone taken it & is it any good, did you see enough results - if any - to justify paying £50+.
If it turns out that this stuff is crud & nothing but marketing hype could anyone recommend a supplement that would add a few pounds of lean muscle while keeping the ever dreaded body fat at bay? Should I just stick with good old fashioned Creatine?

Part of an article on Muslcean....I used 7 keto, great results I thought. Great alternative to the ECA stack fat burners, and much better on your system. Have a cup of coffee, the recommended dose twice daily and see your results. Of course, training and diet are key.
