What happens after the 8-12 weeks of training are up? Does it continue to show you exercises to do day to day or is that it and you have to start over or pick a new plan? I just started and so far I like it but if it ended I wouldn't have any idea on what day or how to organize all the different kinds of exercises..

Hey firelord,

there is no need to worry. One week prior to your fitness program ending, you will be notified. You will have an option to continue with the same program or to change it. This may be due to different goals, experience level, etc. So you do not have to worry about organizing it yourself, we'll do it for you - that is our service.. enjoy!

just an idea. 8-12weeks massbuilding. after you are done take a week off for further recovery. pick up again for 8-12weeks trying to shape and sculpt the mass you put on the previous 8-12weeks. then repeat the 2 phases till you reach your goal. remember just an idea. good luck

After you complete your program you can start a new one. By that time you will have different goals and needs.
