hey everyone

i got one more week and IM done with my 8 week
Gain Muscle Mass Training, i was thinking to take 2 week off,
and just do some running for 20 minutes a day.
my last 5 weeks i didn't do any cardio, just straight to the weights,
i got good results, but i need some advice here.
1. should i take 2 weeks off ?
2. should i do some cardio, in the weeks IM off from weight training?
3.after the two weeks off ,where do i start again
with my weight program, should i do the same 8 weeks Gain Muscle Mass Training
with heavier weight.
my last week guys, help me plan something out.
IM not at my goal yet, but IM looking good.
i added 60 lbs to my bench press ,,and i feel great..

Thanks in advance for all your advice.
Damn, i think im addicted to weight training

1. Well you could but I usually go with one week as thats usually plenty and I pretty much don't like just hanging around for more time than that (usually)... although there are some things like the 12 week advanced program where you do take 2 weeks off at the end..
2. Couldn't hurt?... remember not to take 2 weeks off your diet too tho...
3. You can do another 8 week mass program.. rp has done it and I guess it worked out for him.. I just got down with back to back 8 week mass programs and the second time around was good but still I felt I should of did something different.. so this time around i'm going to a general progression program for a while.. that or i'll cycle into a powerlifting program... just for something different.. if you didn't notice the mass program seems to be a lot of deadlifts/squats/barbell curls.. etc... and sometimes it good to vary things a little..

Thats about that.. lets see what rp says as I think he just got through back to back mass programs and I think he is on a west side barbell powerlifting routine now...

Resting in between definitely helps!! Although, I would rest for 1 week, instead of 2. I finished a 3rd cycle of the mass program a couple of weeks ago and now trying a powerlifting routine to change things up a bit.
