8th Week ..What now?

I am finishing up my final week of the eight week program for beginners, I have noticed some change in my body and I am excited to continue, what is next? Will the system prompt me to another program our will I simply start over with another 8 week program?

If your goals have changed, set the next program accordingly. Take a few days off then roll the dice again. It's kind of fun to explore the different programs.

Today at the gym was interesting, I noticed a big difference in the amount of weight I can lift comfortably..I was able to increase each excersise by about 20%, it was a fun experience. Ill look at those other programs, but maybe just stay with the one I'm on and increase the weight a bit. Thanks for your in-put Charlie.
