Then click on MYNDBAND 410KG
He's only 21 years old.
Amazing strength here. I think he had more in him. Maybe he will be first to deadlift 1000lbs.
Enjoy!

only thing I see, is he rolls the bar towards him and lifts.....the bar is never at a dead stand still. Dunno, ho wmuch that helps, but i think th ebar has the be "dead" or still before the lift.
Still impressive for 21

his form is very similar to mine(as in he doesn't squat down very deep and he has amazing grip strength)...except I don't roll the bar that way....however I don't think that gives him any real advantage....i'm impressed...it looked very easy for him....I think he really might break the record of 934 within the next year if he so desired....

Did he even have chalk on his hands, because it didnt look like he did.

I think the rolling might actually make it more difficult to get it up...the momentum is in a different plane so it might actually take more energy to lift the bar...

it looked impressive...
maybe one day

menace stored engery is still stored energy. Think of a roller coster......one hill gets you threw all the loops, spirals, other hills, upside down etc.
All I know, wa sin highschool the lift had to be motionless at the bottom.

exactly...you need to counteract the stored energy in the bar/weights and reverse it in a different plane....from horizontal to vertical....which must take more energy
My friend thought that your roller coaster example is different because the track of the roller coaster makes the rolling motion change direction....while maintaining velocity and absorbing some of the force.....trying to do so with your hands then you'll be absorbing the force.....
So I actually think the guy made a mistake of rolling because that only made it more difficult....it's very very difficult to trully cheat in deadlift....like you might be able to do in other lifts....in terms of creating momentum to lift the weight........it's only 1 rep....on 2nd rep he can...by bouncing the weight....

Impressive. I agree with menace about his grip. I struggle gripping 315 for barbell shoulder shrugs, I can't imagine gripping 900 lbs with out straps.
