Especially for creatine non responders, and even for folks that do creatine fine, a boost may be San Fuel Injection V12. This stuff is pretty good folks. It will give you an awesome pump in the gym. You can get it a www.dpsnutrition.com for $32.99. I am not one to tout "new" improved type stuff, but this stuff really is pretty good.

Thanks for the input. I was actually just recommended V12 from a friend. I'll post how it works for me in a month or so. Of course there is always water retention with most creatine products which is no big deal for me but, have you had any significant retention with this product so far? thanks

No water retention concerns with creatine. It is not subcontaneous. In fact, nothing works better than a hydrated muscle. I have to emphasize creatine will not work if you are not properly hydrated! It relies heavily on this, so you must drink tons of water, if you want optimal results from it. Super hydrating your body will also improve your weight room pumps tremendously!

bb1 I am currently drinking the post workout shake that you recommend. No poblems. Question-Is it alright to add glutamine and creatine for an all-in-one shake? Any problems with this mixture? Thanks

Take the creatine as a separate drink, you want to chug half of your protein/simple carb mixture, then sip on the rest for about an hour. You do not want to let the creatine sit for that long. You want to drink it immediately as it turns to a waste product fairly rapidly in fluids. I would mix my glutamine with the creatine also.

I was aware of the effects of letting creatine sit. Also I take my protein drink as you described. However, I didn't consider these two aspects. Thanks for the awareness and 'looking over the shoulder'.

bb1---Should I use another type of creatine along with the V12? It says to take it 8 hours apart..one serv. 30 min. prior to workout so I don't get creatine post workout prior to my shakes.
