I am a 15 yr old male, 5'7 and 140 lbs. I aint fat of anythin... but i jst want a plan to hav a 6 pac and muscelly arm. I want to know every how long should i work out? how long 2 weight lift? how much 2 carry? every other day or everyday?... thats for the arm, then i need any scheldule for having a buff 6 pac.
