What's a good multivitamin for a teen to take? I used to take centrum performance until I read in the back of the bottle that it's not formulated for use in Children. Am I still considered a child? 15 years old.

Usually when they say children, they mean small children. You will be fine with that.

You need to check with your doctor which multivitamins you can take, DX14AG. You have posted before that your doc thinks you have liver problems, so there may be some vitamins which are not suitable for you, such as vitamin A

I did not know about your liver problems...another thing, make sure your multi has no iron.

alright thanks guys. But I eat total protein cereal which has 100% of iron for the day. No my doctor says that I don't have a liver problem or else it would have shown in the blood test but that's just what I think
