Hello
I just signed up, want to get back in shape for the upcoming soccer season in a few months. I chose the "Gain Muscle Mass Training" program, but I am curious on what else I should do. I want to get my endurance up, so should I start running a mile or so every day (we have a treadmill) or something else?

You should try many things, including bike, elliptical trainer, stairmaster, etc. It will take time to build up stamina so just keep focused.

Thanks. I'm doing this all at home, so I don't have access to a lot of equipment. We do have a treadmill and a bike, though, so I've got those 2 to work with.
I'll probably have some more questions later. Thanks again, especially for the fast response.
