At my gym the Cross Trainers have cross-train aerobic setting.I tried it the other day and man was it killer.It had me at oncec pace for about 2 min then after that something else ,then a rigours pace then a cool down then all over again.Is this simialr to HIIT or am I just crazy?

yes but surprisingly I enjoy it.Makes the Cardi seem quicker.I noticed that I wasnt getting my heart rate going on the treadmill anymore,I am not comfortable with running on it(I always pisture myself flying off the back).So I went to the Cross Trainers

You're right about the time part. I like how quickly it seems to go by as well, although sometimes, when I'm on the high intensity part, 2 min. seems to last forever!!
