I'm like.. 6'1 or 6'2 and 205.

I have a beer belly which i'm lookin to change.

I want

1) increased muscle, big arms mainly
2) get rid of the belly

any info would be awesome

My one question is why just muscle in the arms?

Well, you can just wear pants to cover up little legs. I mean, arms are all the rage now, who care's about legs.

Beaser, welcome to FT. you do need a diet plan. check out the thread "grocery list for healthy eating" stickied at the top of the nutritional board. For workouts it's better to do the whole body. Try one of the exercise plans FT offers. There is one that will help you get where you want to go.
