Hey guys, Just a little bit of advice needed....
I am 21 years old and weigh 136 lb
I am looking to loose a few lb's in specific areas.
These specific areas being my love handles, legs all over, breasts and tummy....I also want to tone my abs and in general be an attractive shape. What kinds of foods should I be eating to help achieve these goals? and also what excorsizes should I be doing?
