Hi, I'm a beginner and I'm almost clueless about weight training.
I'm 5'7", 111 lbs, and I eat junk food whenever I can.
I can only work out at home, and the only thing I have are a pair of 20lb dumbells. Those I can only use to do curls (about 4 sets of 15 if i alternate arm every time i lift a dumbell). That's about all I do.
Any suggestions?

oh, also, it's weird, but my weight ocillates between 118-111 constantly.. one day i'll weight 116.. the next morning it'll be 111, and then 114.. and so on.. i'm using a digital scale, so i'm pretty sure it's right most of the time...

First thing you'll need to do is sort out your diet. Everyone has slip ups occassionally but you need to stay away from the junk food and start eating better. There's a grocery list of items which are good to stock up on. Also try the home work out here or see if you have a local gym you can sign up for. Good luck.
