Hi all. I'm 15 years old, 5'10 and weigh 140lbs. I'd ideally like to get up to around 155-160 ish, but no matter how much I eat, nothing seems to happen. I know that I have a very fast metabolism, but does anyone have any tips? thanks.
Well first off I wouldn't be too concerned about being thin because of your age. I would not recommend any supplements until at least 18 years old. You can take a good protein supplement to help your diet and maybe add a little flax seed oil but otherwise take a good hard look at your siet and exactly what you are consuming and how much let us know good luck
Do you train? What kind of exercises and reps do you perform?
