I'm not really sure if what I am doing will help me tone up, so I'm just going to ask.
Currently, I am doing the 12 week ab program, along with an intermediate weight training program at use at home with my bench, barbell, and dumbells. I live a very fast lifestyle, so I don't have the time to calory count, so what I have decided to do is just go complete cold turkey on junk food and pop. So all I am eating now is vegetables, fruit, and meat, and of course, the dairy I need.
If I continue to do all the above, should I expect to make some gains, and tone up?

If you start feeling tired, you are definately not eating enough.
You are taking a step in the right direction, but knowing what your body needs is part of a healthy lifestyle.

Well basically what I've been doing is "Hey I feel like some grape juice, instead of drinking grape juice, how about I eat a bowl of grapes", so naturally, now my house is jammed packed full of fruit because I used to drink alot of juice. I havn't been feeling tired or anything, but I think I am detoxifying..

The need to eat a quality diet is essential to any successful program. You can get by with less, but your progress will reflect it, and be less than optimal. Diet is the key to your progress, sluff off on diet, and your results will speak for themselves. You really do have to make diet a priority in your life, no matter what or how fast your lifestyle is. As we age, we have to fight back.
