Hello everyone! I'm rom from Italy. I'm gonna start going to a gym for the first time and I created my own fitness plan with the help of this site! That gym is quite new not so populer so I have the whole place for my own! I chose the general traning programme and the 12 week abs programme. So I'm going to the gym one hour per day and trice a week. Hope I can follow the plan well and get the best results! Thanks for all who created this place and I hope you guys will help me with this thing.
