Hello everyone,
I need help with my routine and diet..I am very new at both aspects and am confused if I'm on the right track or not..here is my breakdown:
DIET:
Morning-> 1 Banana in my plate of 100% whole grain oatmeal.
-> 1 Multivitamin
-> 1 1/2 scoops (40g) of whey protein with water
1 1/2 hour wait til working out.
Pre workout: 40 grams of whey with water
then 10 min stationary bike warmup followed by weights.
Post workout (immediately after):
->40g of whey
->bowl of romain lettuce and brocoli OR vegetable soup (celery,tomatoes,potatoes,carrots)
2 hours later 2 can tuna or 30g whey protein shake with water
Before bed: 2 scoops(60g) of whey protein with MILK
----------------------------------------------------------
WORKOUT: 10 min cardio warmup before each workout(low rpm)
Day 1: Shoulders-Forearms
Day 2: Legs & Calves
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Rest <- 4 sets and last
Day 5: Back set I raise the weight
Day 6: Triceps & Biceps by 20 pounds
Day 7: Rest
Once the rotation is done I start off with the weight I left off at on the last set from the previous week.

Will this workout make me lose weigth and gain the big frame I desire. I dont want to just be massive and still have fat. Thank you in advance for any feedback I can get on this.

in terms of your diet..
try to get some protein from natural sources, not just whey powder. the whey before the workout is useless if you're using it for energy.. protein only provides <5% of energy to the body. what else are you eating? sounds like you are getting a very minimal amount of carbs if this is all you take in in a day.. fill out your nutritional profile for the site to see a guideline for fat, carb, protein, and cal intake based on your goals and size. then stick to the healthy stuff (check out the bodybuilder grocery list, etc.) and follow your guidelines.
