Hello all, my name is Kellie I am 34 soon to be 35 in March. I am looking for inspiration and advice on getting toned and lossing weight. I would like to lose 40 but i would be so excitied to lose 30. I take my daily vits and I am again working on the treadmill and free weights. Starting out light.
