HI I am new to this site. I am trying to doing some strength training. Also I am looking to lose some weight off my 5 ft tall frame. I am looking forward to having a buddy who is female and is having some of the same problems.

Thanks,

Thanks for the words of encouragement. May I make a suggeston of what has been working for me? The South Beach Diet meal replacement bars and cereal bars have been helping quite a bit. I am not on that specifically but I am trying to do a little of everything to see what works because I am a very picky eater.

Good luck, one word of advice though...as a person who has tried and read up on most of the diets out there...mixing many together can sometimes be counteractive...ex: the SouthBeach meals don't mix well with Body For Life, or Volumetrics, but the Volumetrics meals can work for either of them (you fill up on lots of veggies and high volume, high nutrient, low calorie foods) Find what works for you and stick with it....consistency is the key with any plan.
