I'm actually curious about switching my program. I want to do the mass program, but I have been on a strict diet for two months. The program says it's for people not afraid to put on some fat to gain mass. How much fat are we talking here? Anyone have some experience here?

To build muscle mass you need an incredible amount of extra calories. Don't be afraid of eating.....
There is always a risk of putting on some fat but if you keep your diet clean and avoid the saturated fat then you should be okey.
I'll say, you go for it, the 12 weeks muscle mass program is genius!

You'll gain a little...but don't worry about that! The tradeoff is incomparable. You can choose to re-start your program and go through the mass program! I am on that, too, but like Nina says, keep my diet fairly clean. So far, I've lost another pant size. And, my weight has held, which means I've lost some fat while equally gaining some muscle...

Okay cool. It just seemed to go against everything I've been working for. I've lost a good amount of weight, and I don't want to turn around and put it back on.
