I have a question about my nutrition program. My program has me set for this amount for toning up and weight loss, my question is, is this too many calories/carbs and whatnot for me to lose weight?

In my humble opinion, yes. The calorie count may be fine, but I think the ratios are most probably off. I am a big advocate of a much higher protein to carb ratio. My idea would be more like a 50/40/10 ratio, and by your profile, you are working out hard, so why wouldn't you want to maximise your workouts even more by eating correct proportions?
