I currently finished the 8 week lean mass program...I have now changed to the 8 week mass and size program but by having changed my profile, it changed my current work outs rather then having just created a new one. In other words, I finish the last of the first 8 weeks today, but the goal changed all of my other workouts, and gave NO new dates rather keeping the other dates starting in from May.
Will this correct its self?????????

It will change within a few days. Hope you had good success.

Thanks, and yes I had success..saw some upward movements on the scales, and improved my bench press about 15 lbs. Seems to be a noticable difference especially in my arms, chest,and shoulders. Guess I get addicted a little more each time.

My program still has not updated, and Monday is usually the first day of my work out. What do I do to get this fixed?
