Hey I just got a pair of 20 pound dumbells from walmart, I have an Ab Bench, and got the Optimum Protien 5LB worth. BTW i am 16 years, 135pounds and 5'11. Yeah I am skinny:big_smile:
I need some good exercise routine, please whatever routine you guys, esp bb1fit give, me I will follow. Thanks

Hey, that's not as bad as me. LOL. A week and three days ago I stood 5'6 at 102.5 Now I'm 107.5 at the same height... Sadly - working out doesn't exactly increase one's height as well as weight. :( Oh well, I'll settle for the bigger size either way. :-) I'm 19 so I think I'm finished growing... Grrr.... Oh well... :)

showstopper why dont u give FT's program a go?... its pretty good and i've gained a lot just following it day by day... the other thing u need to keep track of is ur diet... follow both... and u'll be well on ur way :)

I agree! Diet is the most important part of working out, from what I've come to understand. If improperly dieting, working out could be futile.

I have shake and egg in the moring, Tuna/Turkey in school, come home, lunch, workout, protien shake, dinner, protien shake before bed

great! sounds almost exactly like my diet! cept for the eating prior the working out. Someone once told me it was a bad idea to eat right before working out... is that true or evidently not?
