I am 26 years old with a soon to be 4 year old son. I have managed to lose all but about 15 pounds of my pregnancy weight. I have re ached a 'plateau' so to speak. I recently changed my diet to lean protein and lots of veggies but i have no idea what to eat for breakfast! Also. should I keep using cardio in my workout? I do cardio for about 49 minutes then I hit the weights. I love working out but i could use some help/advice =)
