Today I got my starter weight for deadlift:

4 X reps @ 220 lbs
1 X reps @ 290 lbs
1 X reps @ 310 lbs

Will add bench and squat later

Today I got starting bench weight:

1 X reps @ 225 lbs
1 X reps @ 245 lbs

I actually did this during a regular workout so my max will def go up next time.

Deadlifts today:

5 X reps @ 185 lbs
5 X reps @ 235 lbs
3 X reps @ 285 lbs
1 X reps @ 335 lbs New personal best...

wonder what your max deadlift would be if you did that first instead of on the 4th set
