Okay so they don't have barbells at the little park gym that I am using by my house so I am doing dumbell deadlifts for the first time.

Diet has been pretty good, however the work outs have been horrible, I have not had a chance to hit the gym due to, well it doesn't matter what it is due to, I should go, no excuses.
Time to turn it up a notch and get down to it.
