When doing my ab work out yesterday, I was performing the side leg raises. I am not sure if I am doing these correctly because during the set I was fatiguing at my hip flexors and felt like I was getting more of a upper leg workout then ab workout. I think the exercise targets the love handles but wasn't feeling it in that area. Am I doing something wrong? Help me with some advice if you can.

Just focus on making your obliques doing the work, and your obliques will be worked. Sometimes your body isn't used to the movement, so you will feel it in other areas.

what ab work out really works??? I usually do the normal stuff but I dont show any results. help me out if you can

hswint,check your diet,lose the extra calories,you will lose the belly.
