I just starting to tone my body and i am really focusing on my arms, thighs and abs.... I REALLY want to have a tight stomach its always been a goal if mine. i am doing the 12 week ab program but I was wondering if anybody had any other exercises or whatever that will work. I would really like to aim for a 6 pack..so if anybody has any suggestions i would appreciate it GREATLY:love:

mnhsgrl follow the 12 week ab program because it does work. In order to reveal your 6 you are going to have to eat a very clean diet. Great abs are built in the kitchen. So lift heavy, do your ab program and eat clean.

I am on a carb diet is that okay??? I am 5'10 150lbs would i have to get down to a certain weight to start revealing my abs or just work on them with the ab program and continue lifting??

Try Denise Austins, Hit the spot abs. A 10 minute, 3 session workout = 30minutes. You can really feel it the next day!

you need more protein than carbs when it comes to abs. Having great abs are due partly to genetics, so if you're not one of the gifted ones, it's gonna mean extra work. go onto the 12 week ab program and there are tips at the bottom for nutritional stuff that you need. i think a woman has to get down to 18% body fat to show abs. Goodluck! :)

You have to get your body fat down to about 10%, I might be wrong...not 2 sure, I'm @ 9% and it's showin...

jakesooner07: for guys it has to be lower, we ladies have a higher number because women do need fat in order for some of our hormones and bodily processes to function correctly, like menstrual periods and mood levels.
mnhsgirl: Yeah, and the ab workout does work, plus along with the workout routine that you do does make the abs show through. But sometimes, good ole genetics can be cruel in the abs department.

what are some tips on how to eat clean? and also i need alot of help i would love to have a 4 pack but the way i look right now it is outta the question i'm 5'4 and 171 lbs
