How do I add weights or resistance to my crunches, this is best right?:dumbbell:

Hold a disc or barbell on your chest during crunches type exercises.. If you have access to a cable machine, cable crunches are great. You can also use ankle weights for the leg raise type exerciss. Use an empty bar for oblique type exercises.
