hi guys can someone please answer my question,im trying to lose weight and im still a beginner,i try walking/jump rope every morning and evening+ eating healthier.i just wanna ask if its gonna help if i use an AB roller.i saw one laying around the house and i thought i want to use it when im watching tv or in front of the pc,instead of just sitting or laying. is it advisable to use it most part of the day when im at home and done with my morning work outs?will it help or will be just a waste?ty in advance. cheers ♥
