Ab workout?

I just joined and am looking through my week's worth of excercise, but I see nothing regarding ab work. I'm guessing I should just do it on my own. Is there a recommended way to work the abs? Every day? Every other day?

when u r going through and settin up ur exercise for the week when u first join it gives an option for the 12 week ab workout which is seperate from ur reg. workout but it is only for abs

:)All I honestly want to do is work out my abs and gets more muscle tone! Everyone says i am skinny but I don
t feel that way when I look at my tummy~! I want to feel better bout myslef! hopefully this site has some ideas for me!:dumbbell::big_smile:

for ure abs to show really well u needto be below 10 percent body fat. ryna reynlds is 5 percent body fat in blade trinity and his abs were amazing n similar to what i want. work ure abs twice a week with a 2day rest in between. if possible use the gym ball tostrneghten ure core which will show better abss

What do you mean? Like cut away excessive calories? How do you exactly can know how many to remove? thnx:)

Expend more calories than you take in. You have a certain number of calories it takes daily to maintain your current weight. That is your maintenance calories. You need to take in an amount less than that in order to lose. You can acheive it thru eating less, doing cardio, workout, or all.

I wants abs soo bad but when i work out nothing happens. Im not overweight; my tummys pretty flat but theres a little bulge around my belly button and i cant get rid of it!!:love:
