Hello.i do ab exercises almost every day. i hate doing them, but love! the results. I weight 163 and am 6'2. The only part of my body that I absolutely hate are my abs. I mean my stomach is flat, but it's not defined... even slightly. I wanted to know if there were any good exercises that concentrate on the abs and lower obliques.I lost a lot of weight and now wanna get some muscles. I would like to know some good ab workouts, which i drew from a highly informative site hateweight. (Giving a try is free!!) Like different types of crunches. Please do not tell me any good excersices that involve dumbells, those balls, or machinery. I do not own any of them. I just want to know decent ab excersices were I can sit on the plain floor. Also let me know how many I should do. I own 2 35 pound metal arm weights and 1 25 metal arm weight. I would like to know of good workouts I could do using those to get stronger muscles in my arm, elbows and shoulders. Or any excersices without the weights that could help. I dont want to have big ripped abs. I just want a more firm stomach and chest and stronger arms. Also do you know of good But excersices. I wouldnt mind firming that up a bit. Also does anyone know of good low calorie foods ?well please let me know. Thanks!

Hello,

If you use fitbuddy at the bottom of each page I am sure you will find the information you are looking for. If you would sign up for the free ft exercise program there is a home workout program for people who don't own any equipment.
There are several great ab workouts that require no weights.

There is also a post on the Specific Diets & Nutrition Discussion - also Recipes! that has a great post called grocery list for healthy eating.

Good luck,

Leslie
