I've been following the 12 week abbs special and i'v noticed my abs startin to separate in the middle and ther is a separation between my uper and lower abbs when i flex (I am very exited about it) but it seems one side is bigger and thiker than the other is this normal for begginers or will they develop unevenly is there something i should do to correcthem or will they even up with time and persistance
it depends mostly on how your abs look like..some poeple have there six packs symetrical to each other.. others have them non symetrical.. they apear that one side is either bigger or higher and closer to the pecs than the other... but believe me they will soon or later become as symetrical as possible.. because even amongst pro bodybuilders.. very few have perfectly symetrical abs.
