i've had this machine for quite some time now, but i've never really actually had consistant workouts on it. when i'm on it, there is no burn, and i barely feel like i'm doing an exercise. does anyone else have this machine, and if so, does it work?

Sorry, I've always stuck to crunches and sit ups.

I would toss the machine. All you need is your body and gravity, both of which are free.

My favorite ab exercise is on one of those big gym balls...... You can really feel the stretch from one tendon to the other.
When working your abs the breathing is crucial. Breath out when you harden your tummy.

Yeah, I've heard those swiss balls are pretty good...maybe I should try one out one of these days.
