I have been trying to get rid of the pregnancy tummy for a while. I have had 3 c-sections and everytime I work out my stomach it gets round and hard, not flat. I was told my stomach muscles were cut after my 2nd child and not sewn back together until 5 years later with the birth of my 3rd and final child. Did this cause this problem? Is there any special abdominal workout that can help my tummy troubles?
